Merry Christmas
There's nothing better than sharing time with the people you love on Christmas. I couldn't have asked for a happier holiday. I ate 2 dinners today- one with Crissy's family & one with my own. I ate several days worth of food within just a few hours. I shared some very warm moments and conversations with good people. Every bit of negativity in my life melted away throughout the day. Now that it's all over, I can't remember the last time I felt this good. I wish I could share the way I'm feeling right now with every one else in the world. I'm so incredibly lucky to be alive right now.
And I was finally able to give Crissy her gift. I'm pretty sure she loved it:
Oh, I should mention that I didn't make it though. I'm not that cool...or talented. It was actually done by David Barnes, who also makes album covers for Of Montreal. It's cool though because I was able to explain to him what I wanted, and he created it just how I had imagined.
Also, I got an ipod. Not 20, not 40, but 60GB. I can fit every song in my possession on there and not even fill up half of the space. I think every song ever recorded would probably fit on there. And it's in full color. It can store pictures. This is man's greatest invention.
