Tomorrow morning I leave for Savannah, Georgia with Crissy and my family. I'll be making the trip with my brother and his girlfriend in the backseat of my car, which is much better than having him in the driver's seat, because I get to pick what comes through the stereo. Not like when we drove to the Keys last summer and I had to listen to political radio for 5 hours, with my brother arguing to himself the whole time. I made a road trip mix, so I'll have plenty of good music that I can turn up whenever he starts to talk too much. It should be a good trip. We'll be staying up there until July 5th, getting back just in time for my birthday on the 6th. But I'll have to drive back to Orlando that evening so that I can get to my training for the Harbor House that starts at 7am on the 7th. Oh yeah, that's right..the Harbor House interview went well. I have domestic violence training on the 7th-9th and then I'll start volunteering. So this will be a busy week for me. But I'm looking forward to it.
I've been going to the movies a lot lately too. On Tuesday I saw Two Brothers and the Midnight showing of Spiderman 2. Both were really good. More people other than 5 year olds and their grandparents should see Two Brothers. It's not even a kid's movies. It's intense. One kid came out crying. Tonight I'm going to see Fahrenheit 9/11.
