Another Open Letter
Dear Matt,
On 18th August I received an email from you. I quote:-
"sorry i hav them it will take me 12 days 2 send them as i hav no money but i hav them and they will b with u asap"
Today [12th September] I received an email from you. I quote:-
"mayb i dont hav them anymore!!!!!"
So theres 2 possibilites.
You do have them, and you've lost them or you are just lying.
This is negligence.
or
You do have them, but refuse to return them to me.
This is theft.
It pays to actually find out what is a criminal offence and what isn't, Matt.
