There is much pain to others and yourself if you yield to the wrong temptations.

As I mentioned to Kenya, it all depends on the nature of the temptations themselves.

But the question begs itself; who are we to judge which temptations are the wrong ones?

I would like to think humans are aware of themselves enough to know when a certain temptation will eventually lead to their destruction.

Then again, there are quite a few not as..bright individuals in the world.

I wonder if it's really a question of intelligence so much as a question of will. There is only so much pressure a person can take before the desire to yield becomes too strong.
