MOD POST- Santa's Bag of Requests
I've done this in previous years, and it's made things much easier. You are not required to do this, but I would highly suggest it as it is very helpful and will also be useful in possibly getting you something you know you'll be comfortable writing/drawing. Unfortunately I can't at all promise you'll get one of the ones you're especially interested in, but I can at least try, and it really does help me a lot to do this. Often there will be a prompt that I don't think someone will be at all interested in doing, and it turns out they are!
I am placing all the himitsu_santa requests under a cut. They are anonymous of course, but sorted and numbered by fandom.
I would like you to choose three to five requests you'd be most interested in writing/drawing. If there aren't that many, list as many as you can. There is no guarantee at all that you will get what you're interested in most, but I will try and this will help me greatly in matching people up. Comments are screened. Please get these in by Thursday Night at Midnight. I'll have the prompts out before Friday is over.
Avatar: The Last Airbender:
1- Toph/Zuko - anything
2- Toph & Iroh - talking about Zuko
Axis Powers Hetalia:
1- Austria/Hungary - something romantic and sweet, set after the end of the Cold War once they're reunited. Anything from G rated to smut is fine.
2- Greece/Japan - celebrating Christmas in Japan's house.
3- Any piece about Australia from Axis Powers Hetalia! Can be any genre that you prefer - gen, crack, angst, fluff, bromance, family, even historical - it's all up to you. If you opt to go the romance/bromance route, preferred pairings are with America or Germany, but feel free to come up with your own and just surprise me! :>
4- Germany/America (can be platonic, too, if you'd prefer it) with 'working out' as a prompt. It's canon that these two Nations are rather built physically fit, so let's see some bonding with these two and their intense love for bodybuilding or even calisthenics! Dorkery and heartfelt discussions on human/muscle anatomies or work-out regimens will be adored! Bonus if they're spotters for each other while doing the bench press.
5- England/Spain, with any prompt of your choice! Although I'd prefer if you'd not take the angst route on this one, if it's all right. I'm not picky about the plot - I just wanna see some well-deserved screentime for this pairing. Can be AU, too, if you'd like it so. :>
6- Poland/Liet doing some holiday shopping.
7- US/UK- this may sound boring, but I'd like to see them talking or bonding or something over a common interest. A lot of times I see them written has having absolutely nothing in common or not being able to talk or anything, and so their relationship comes off as purely physical. I want to see them being happy together and enjoying something together. Really, just anything showing them having a healthy relationship that isn't the physical part of it.
8- US/UK- a sweet first kiss- I think it'd be sweet if like one of them was expecting/planning to kiss the other and went out of their way to set up and nice romantic moment trying to have the perfect first kiss.
9- US/UK- I'd love to see America and England taking a roadtrip throughout England or the entire UK. America should learn lots of new things and express a genuine interest in what they're seeing, but I don't want him to come across like he knows nothing (he's canonically interested in archaeology and culture). Fluff is a must, as is established relationship. Bonus if you bring in the UK's supernatural culture- ghost roads, fae forests, grims, whatever. For art, just something them being fluffy in a quintessentially English setting.
10- US/UK- On how much America loves England's smile, and how that's something that has never changed throughout the years, from childhood to adulthood (even if was being uber tsun and denying it at some periods in his life). Should have them in an established relationship at modern times. If you include a flashback to America's childhood (which is not at all required), do NOT present his relationship with England as father/son. I'd ask that you avoid the term brother as well. Could be fic or fancomic.
11- US/UK- A wedding anniversary. Sweet, loving fluff revolving around celebrating wedding anniversaries. They can be newly married (a first anniversary) or they can be celebrating a long term wedding anniversary. I would prefer non-AU.
D Gray Man:
1- KomuixMiranda. During Miranda's exorcist training, she finds herself drawn to Komui despite how eccentric and unnerving he is. Eventually they fall for each other.
Disney/Pixar:
1- Disney princess crack!fic or art, girls night in where they're dishing dirt on their men.
2- Tangled: As part of her integration into free/normal life, Rapunzel gets introduced to the wooden shoes Christmas tradition. (And/or other potentially adorable/hilarious tradition(s) of the author's choice.) Rapunzel/Eugene shipping and liberal use of animal sidekicks more than fine!
3- Tangled: Rapunzel proposes to Flynn.
4- Tangled: Anything cute with Rapunzel and Eugene/Flynn either during their wedding or after. So broad, I know. But seriously, anything... just some cute established fluff or something. (Extra cute points for talk of a future family or something).
5- Tangled: Rapunzel/Eugene. Post-movie. Eugene wants to get an extra special gift for Rapunzel, but isn't sure what. Cue hijinks and the Snuggly Duckling Thugs helping out. (gift can be for their land's form of Christmas or her Birthday)
6- Pixar: I'd love to see a post-movie Christmas for any of the following movies- Ratatouille, Toy Story 3, UP or WALL-E. Canon pairings and lots of adorable fluff please!
7- Post movie fluff for ANY of the following Disney pairings: Rapunzel/Flynn (Tangled), Tarzan/Jane (Tarzan), Kida/Milo (Atlantis), Pocahontas/John Smith (yes I welcome reunion fluff- Pocahontas), Phoebus/Esmeralda (Hunchback of Notre Dame), Hercules/Megara (Hercules), or Phillip/Aurora (Sleeping Beauty).
Fairy Tail:
1- NatsuxGray -- Bromance, lots of violence a plus. Lots of naked/almost-naked Gray required.
2- Something with Natsu/Lisanna.
Fate Stay Night:
1- RinxSaber. In which they both realize that they have feelings for each other, not Shirou, and form a relationship. Anything from G rated to smut is fine.
Final Fantasy IX:
1- FreyaxAmarant -- Anything. They had great chemistry during the game. I want to see more come of it. Be as subtle, or blatant about it as you want.
Fullmetal Alchemist:
1- RoyxRiza fic. Manga!verse. I'd like to see them finally act on their suppressed feelings for each other. Would prefer it if they start off by taking things slow and just kind of working their way into the relationship.
2- RoyxRiza smut art
3- Winry and Riza (and any of the other FMA ladies you feel like including) - sleepover (Fullmetal Alchemist) [can I say I would love a drawing of this? Fic would also be wonderful, but art would be glorious]
Gundam Wing:
1- Gen, humor. Catherine and Trowa give acrobatic lessons to another of the main cast.
2- Heero and Relena, platonic or romantic. Snow globes. If fic, set at any point after the TV series and Endless Waltz, but not including the events of Frozen Teardrop or Glory of the Defeated as I'm not familiar with those. Middle aged or older characters would be pretty cool actually.
Harry Potter:
1- ChoxLuna. Set either during or post book 5 or post-canon. Who Cho ends up with after Cedric's death was...completely unexpected.
2- Ron/Hermione - happiness, snow, hot chocolate and a sofa.
3- Harry and Sirius as the main characters, bonus if Lupin can be squeezed in. Just a simple gen fic where Sirius can act godfatherly since he didn't have too many opportunities in the book.
Inuyasha:
1- Inuyasha/Kagome - something fluffy and christmassy.
2- Miroku/Kagome - no need for back plot, I just want straight on they're in a relationship and happy and celebrating christmas or over wintry cheer.
3- Non-angsty Kagome and Sango bonding time (slumber party style or daylight), preferably over something a bit less predictable and stereotypical than the usual man woes, clothing, hair, makeup, or hygiene. Any point of the timeline is fine.
Matantei Loki Ragnarok:
1- Something cute with anyone in the cast centering around a holiday.
One Piece:
1- Nami/Sanji romance/fluff. Make it involve a cursed gold chef knife.
Panty and Stocking:
1- Panty/Brief - Alternate Universe; a New Years party at Brief's house with Panty and Brief together after episode 13, minus the crazy Gainax ending.
Pokemon:
1- N-centric -- Something set post-game. N can be paired with anyone but Ghetsis, or not paired at all. Your choice. I just want to see some good character-analysis and development for him.
2- NxHilda. Post-game. After traveling together for awhile, N begins to realize that he's acquired feelings for Hilda. Sadly his only knowledge about relationships and love is based on Pokemon-behavior. Cue mishaps and fluff.
Princess Tutu:
1- Fakir/Ahiru romance/fluff. Make it involve a rubber duck.
Puella Magi Madoka Magica:
1- Kyoko - her thoughts about her life, including when she met Sayaka. Some Kyoko/Sayaka would be great!
2- An adventure with Sayaka and Madoka (pre series) explaining how they became friends (platonic only).
Slayers:
1- Traditional pairing romance/fluff. Make it involve a magic eight ball.
