So, my penultimate exam at my home institution is to happen on Thursday (the ultimate comming next term in the form of stats). This will leave me completely finished for the term :). The one on Thurs is my lowest stress exam, so hopefully I can get back into a healthy lifestyle again (3 hours of sleep, low protien diet, coffee and less time for gym is not my favorite way of living).
Its been interesting writing in normal exam settings. As most people know I usually get accomodations, but I was fed up with having to spend twice as much time waiting to leave when I finished (you start writting an hour before everyone else so you can't leave until an hour and a half has passed). Its a lot more formal, and some of the proctors are quiet, others list the rules like its boot camp. I actually am finding it easier to concentrate though, since the formality keeps people quiet. In my accomodated exams proctors sometimes strike up conversations with students, which is nice and all, but not during the first hour. The only thing I miss is the candy. Yes, I got candy when writing with the PMC, but don't we all deserve some. Where are our fees going anyway?
