I FIXED THE CABLE! It took 4 theories and a few very mild shocks to my pointer and thumb, but I now get all the channels. You see, my sister's boyfriend had installed a hidden splitter. After dealing with the on that Ben and I put in I didn't know there was another! Funny thing though, he's a wire runner so he should have thought of it. So, if you ever have cable troubles, don't call the freakin useless call centre, I'm much more fun to be around than a hold signal and I might be able to help.
