Reality Description
Modern day Japan. Mikoto spends most of his time at Fujimori Gakuen, an all-boys high school. At this school the student council decided to have three boys dress up as princesses so they could motivate the other students at various student activities. A healthy outlet for the student's lust: since they were all still boys, the students would only fantasize about them and not become delinquents by acting on their lusts.
Other than this it's a perfectly normal school, all students wear the same uniform, with or without black vest.
Mikoto lives at a dorm not far from the actual school. There's also a karaoke place in the neighbourhood.
