Sakura...Sakura. I can't say I know everything about you, or your world, or how you are with him though I can guess. But unless you're from some insane alternate dimension where cupcakes rain from the sky, you're no weakling. You're not infallible, either, but then who is?

I fought with a weakness compared to how I have fought in the past. I've trained for years in my world, and been through many battles since then.

So you messed up once. Nothing world-shattering, but I've goofed up in school and sports my fair share of times too. That doesn't mean you're weak.

That's...a little different. But...I don't get it. I thought he tried to kill you. What exactly went on there?

The person who tried to kill me is Syaoran-san. But he's a copy. A clone of the real Syaoran-kun from a world similiar to mine. Syaoran-kun put a seal on the clone with half of his heart. The seal has broken, and now the clone is trying to kill anyone in the way of his goal. I was in the way. But--I promised Syaoran-kun, the real one, that I would let him protect me, if I could protect him.

...and I'm clearly not strong enough yet.

Whether or not you're strong enough, at least you tried. Who knows, for all you know the other Syaoran could have had just as much difficulty with that clone as you did. But you did what you could and I think he'd understand if he knew.
