all the panic
today I'm going to therapy and bringing my friend bish her things for the con and meeting mary and meeting megan to get my car back from the shop and sewing what I didn't sew yesterday. doesn't seem like a lot but it's a lot to me. I've been watching an utena marathon to inspire my cosplay efforts. ummm... what else I submitted 2 pictures of me for the gothic lolita wigs customer coordinate showcase, we'll see if they even use me. they put a new 1 on their facebook everyday at noon so for 3 days I've been hoping it would be me. maybe today at noon? I've done so much sewing and accessory work for this convention but it feels like I'm not even close to done. the main dress isn't built but i have the parts to put on it and the fabric and notions to make it. it's really a top and a skirt, the top is a military jacket without sleeves and the bottom is a skirt big enough for a hoop skirt underneath. woot. I'm wearing comfy sandals for my shoes because I couldn't find red or white flat that I thought I could walk in all day. I couldn't find red flats at all. wtf.
