The journals are working again, I see.

So now I'm in Stratford-Upon-Avon. I would be back at school if I had any say in the matter...but Fakir apparently was determined to be a first class brute picking me up like that, how perfectly humiliating, so I suppose I'll be here until the end of break.

These people in the Ministry seem to have quite a narrow list of suspects...anyone who is in Slytherin or a pureblood automatically seems to be a Death Eater, in their eyes.

That would explain it, then. Mother was in Slytherin. Father and Franz are Ravenclaw, so I suppose they'd be less suspicious.

Considering their unwavering prejudice toward Slytherin house, I wouldn't be surprised.

I believe they also looked at our histories and those we spend the most time with as well, for possible motivations. They saw me growing up around Muggles being a reason I might grow to hate them and those from Muggle families.

I've told you what life was like for me in Nordlingen before, Mytho. But it does seem as though living with Muggles makes it easier to understand and therefore not hate them.
