I just found this review online written about the apartment complex I'm moving into. I thought it was pretty funny.

first off, i dont really think the manager is racist, considering that her husband is black. maybe she likes to act that way, as a joke to herself. who knows.
i had a friend live here for 2 yrs and i visited often. i can truthfully comment on this complex.
The complex itself is pretty small, not too many units. they repaint it every other year in hopes it make the place look nicer....it doesnt.
they USED to be all section H housing....PROJECTS for those who don't konw the terminology. i still think they are used for section H.
parking is never really a problem, because well heck, no one lives there. the apts. are REALLY close to campus.
they are definitely old, but rent is cheap. if you don't mind the occasional shouting match that you hear from your neighbors before they start throwing stuff at each other (you drank away the rent money! where are the foodstamps! etc...) its not too bad.
nothing ever really broke in the place, cause it was already broken when we got there.
uh, lets see what else. maintenance was always super quick for my friend, no complaints there. the electric bills were really cheap....
And they recently painted the place a nice prison-grey color.
