The episode seemed to be all about comedy and the disappointingly growing relationship between Arthur and Gwen.
But was it?
When I watched the episode, I wasn't very thrilled.. But then they got to a scene that got my attention.
Arthur, Merlin and Uther are in Arthur's rooms. 'Discussing' the upcoming challenge.
Now is it just me, or did the writers try to show us how much Merlin has been accepted?
Uther is kinda relaxed and affectionate towards Arthur, which he only was once before, when they were alone. But now, he actually asks Merlin; what happened to him? And better yet, he shows worry, and even trows his hands up in the air and stalk up, throwing a tantrum(!).
So what do you think? Does the king really trust Merlin after our little sorcerer stopped Arthur from killing his father? And if he does, how hard will the blow be if he finds ot Merlin is magic?
Lemme know what you think :3
