Five Treasure Island :)
Ok, so FYI, FT Island was one of the non-”mainstream” idol groups that I first fangirled. Apart from their ability to play instruments, I adore the fact that they are pretty much my age group. Back then, most of the idols were older than me.
Can I just say, oh, those were the times. XD
So of course, I was gonna see them on their showcase in Manila. I was actually going to buy the 5K tickets. But then, Super Show 2 came along. >_< Either way, it’s a huge relief I actually didn’t buy those tickets, because even though I bought the cheapest ones, the venue was small so it’s not that bad- I mean, we’re just about thirty rows away from the stage. I even bought the portable binoculars from CCP, but I did not need them after all. Nice huh? (Pak SmartBro though)
The show was sooo AWESOME! The host was a b1tch, we all know that. But the boys were so great. Before I used to doubt their live abilities, but now, I don’t. (Well, I have been affirmed for a long time but now I’m kinda more impressed XDDD). They are truly a breathe of fresh air in the world of techno-manufactured pop music. Hongki sang very well even though he was sick, and man, can they put up a show! There was great stage presence, they are so adorable rocking it out on the stage. I love how they interact with each other and how they just have fun doing their thing! Hey, they’re young after all~ And can I just say, FANSERVICE much?!
I was so happy because my biases were next to each other and it was so fun watching them. Jaejin! Seunghyun! Minhwan! (Another episode of Good Morning Bob, please??) Jonghoon and Hongki had a lot of moments, too~ The fans were better this time (compared to that event) and everyone was just having fun! I will never get why we love taking fancams of the performances but anyway, ahaha.
AND THEY SANG RAINING! How awesome is that? I love this song to death! I thought they would just stick to their Korean songs, but still, <3. (I wish they did Love Letter though)
I LOVE YOU GUYS! Do come back, when I’m working and earning money. LOL.
Everything was 100x better because I was with my friends! Happy birthday Luke! We ate at Sizzlin’ Pepper Steak to celebrate Lugiya’s saengil, and LOL Kuya 6PM (aka Junsu) was there, but he did not dance for us. So happy to know he’s still a 2PM fan though (I laugh at myself because the first thing I asked him was if he’s still a 2PM fan :P). Taxi ride all the way to Alaine-s’ home where we spent the night. After reeling from FTI,
Alaine-s and I fangirled CN Blue, ahahaha.
FT ISLAND~ Waah, I still can’t get over. U-Kiss in three weeks, ahaha.
