Bad Co-Workers!
I am using this to reprimand my co-workers for their behavior today. First of all, we went to Angelo's for lunch - I mean actually ATE there, and RS invited her husband as a present for KPB's bday. He was so nice, he bought her flowers and lotion. Oh! And KPB was so quiet and shy around him so I decided that she really does like JS! Anyway, JT RUINED the surprise! And she knew it was a surprise! So I told her I would write her up in Live Journal.
So, I did that. And then I realized something KPB did and I needed to reprimand her up as well. I just discovered that she has NEVER done an IO rescue mission! She has never made a rescue phone call or anything! I learned this b/c I asked her to rescue RS b/c IO was in our office and I couldn't even be a bystander to it b/c the conversation was SOOOOO horrible. It was about the history of IO's stoves! What the fuck!? Anyway, so I went to KPB and asked her to make a call and she was so nervous b/c she had never done it before! I was shocked! I have rescued KPB so many times too! And KPB actually said, "What if she doesn't want to be rescued?" Hehe. Who wouldn't want to be rescued from IO conversation - except for MT I guess. (I mean she shares an office w/ her - maybe that's why she's here so rarely! I solved the mystery!) What's kind of funny, but also kind of sad is that the interns already know how annoying IO is. They try not to laugh at her, but I've seen their faces when she's around. Poor kids have been stuck many a time talking to her, so I understand their faces. And I remember one of them commenting SORT OF innocently about how IO had been talking about her injury a lot. It was amusing.
Oh RS is telling me IO doesn't like one of the interns - SS - b/c she thinks SS is arrogant b/c she didn't listen to IO's tutorial about the phone at the front desk. I will admit that the interns DO have a problem with directions sometimes. NOT following them, but I think THEY think they know more than they do. Or like they know what's valuable use of their time - so if there's nothing for them to do, I think they get all annoyed by having to stay - but it's THEIR hour requirements. If I mentioned in their evals that they were not here for all the hours they were supposed to be - would they get in trouble? But I do like all the interns - with all the treats they bring. AS even made me copies of the Rent Broadway soundtrack - I lost my copies. Yay for interns! (I'm easily bought).
I guess that is all for Rent - RS wants to play a CD. But - one thing about it, I love Mark - he's my favorite character in the play. Mark and Collins. I love Mark's line in the Christmas Bells song: "But I am over her" - it's just nice sounding.
