Howard crumbles the note at the completion and unwraps a Twinkie. When he'd get home he might ask (or demand) that she stop treating him like a child; that he was a grown man and neither wanted or required pointless notes. But no matter what would be said, yelled, cursed, or pleaded she would continue (just like always) and he'd secretly cherish each loving word.
