thinking of how to find the best way to organize this...

Hi dear HIMsters and thank you all sooo much for joining!

I think one of the first things we should discuss is how we can organize our initiatives as good as possible for having the best chances to succeed.

I thought that it would be good to put the recipient and the country/city people need to be in the subject box: e.g. radio/tv (whatsoever comes to your head) Germany

If it doesn´t matter where the people are we could use "International" to show that.
e.g: radio (etc.) international

I think it´s important that we provide a certain amount of mails, calls etc. so that we can have a bigger effect.

Of course there are more ways to promote the band than to just call tv/radio stations.
Whenever you have a new idea, like for example creating flyers yourself others can print out and hang them up (of course only at places where it is allowed to do so) etc. you can simply put the catchword in the subject box plus the country/international
or one can tell friends about them, all people who might never have really listened to the music, spread links in one´s facebook ect.-profiles and the list goes on and on^^

one should also put the country in the tags, so everyone can easily find the things he/she can help with.

this is just a way I thought of that can make it easier to handle such initiatives.
Of course I´m open to suggestions and suggestions of improvement as many HIM-brains can do more than one;-)
