HIM Gig rambling
OMG! HIM last night was fucking phenomenal! They were so amazing! And way more gorgeous in real life than in any pictures.
I was in the pit and about eight feet in front of… BURTON for the entire gig. He smiled at me and I almost passed out.
Just before they started playing Buried Alive By Love, the six-foot-five guy in front of me asked if I could see and I said no. He randomly picked me up and put me on his shoulders. I didn’t even know him!
They are soooo much better live than they are recorded. And for their encore, they played The Sacrament, and as soon as Burton picked up the first note, the whole place went off.
It was amazing.
And Ville was so coy and cute, I just wanted to run up on stage and hug him.
Oh, yeah, and Gas threw his sticks into the crowd, and I got one! The dude who had me on his shoulders near the start of the gig picked me up again and I caught it.
