Cheesecake anyone???
Not sure if you remember my post about my team's Holiday gathering. Well, we had our little holiday celebration today at work. We made Holiday cards for children w/ cancer and my co-worker and I found some interesting questions (holiday and team building related) to ask the team while they were doing the card activity.
Also, I didn't want to buy everyone on my team something b/c that would have been too expensive. So, instead of buying a gift for everyone, I decided to make Strawberry Cheesecake bars. Man....they were great! (Even if I have to say so myself.)
Anyway, here is the recipe. An easy recipe might I add. The recipe calls for Raspberry, but I used Strawberry instead. Either way, it's easy and GOOD!

Update: I let one of my homeboys try it, he recommended using a graham cracker crust instead of the crust in the recipe.
