A Month/Year to remember

May 05, 2006 01:11

It's all about to kick off. This month will see a series of events that shall make life almost seem a little too busy!

After lectures towmorrow afternoon I'll be whacking a couple of pizzas in the oven awaiting the arrival of Dee, Greg and Aron who will be pit stopping here before the four of us head full force to Scotland. Fort William to be precise. Where we shall be doing some *cough* PERFECTLY LEGAL CAMPING! and then first thing saturday morning we shall be heading to Scotland's (and UK's) highest point at the top of Ben Nevis. This is all part of our training for the three peaks challenge at the end of June which we are doing to raise money for AFA (Action Force Africa) which will send the money to help a school in The Gambia.

As well as that Sunday has a possible Alton Towers trip on the books, Tuesday I need to hand in a 2500 word project report, of which I have only done 650 words so far, then a presentation on my project the week after and on top of that I have four exams to revise for before the end of the month.

Ah well, today has been quite eventful. Went into University this morning to find they had opened up the garden on the roof of the Design Studio, where I managed to take this picture of Bolton city centre:

Not exactly a masterpiece, but its a very nice place to relax and gives you a nice 360 veiw of Bolton.

Right, toodles for now, if all goes to plan will be back from Scotland Saturday night :)
