Make that Garrison
My new social security card came today. Out with the old, in with the new. This part of life makes me sad...I like the old! Why should I be rid of it, when it was so good to me? I hate the passing of things, and I always will. That's why it took me two months to change my name...so hesitant, so hesitant. But it is done now, and I'm glad for that.
Garrison and I completed our registry today. Gift cards and 10% off rock. We bought whatever we thought was actually useful off of it...the most extravagant item was probably a bread knife to add to our block set. And we also combined our bank accounts today. Now that I think of it, today was filled with a bunch of married couple stuff. Weird...who is this married couple again?
Garrison starts his intersession class tomorrow. Which means he isn't working, which means I get to (in my imagination) support us for the next three weeks. I need to start keeping track of the tips I get each night, so I can make out some kind of rough estimate of what to expect. Let's hope I can keep us afloat!
