PROM....
Oh my goodness, Prom was amazing and insane.
So, I felt extremely gorgeous last night, like I felt like a freakin model.
Anyway, before the prom myself and my date, along with 3 other couples, went to Vincenzo's to eat. We walked in and this place was extremely nice and incredibly fancy. I had no idea that it would be that nice. Well I knew it would be fancy, but I didn't really know how fancy to expect. Anyway, we went in and the food was amazing, the atmosphere was awesome, and Vincenzo himself was very accomadating and kind to us, 8 teenagers, scared to death who had no idea how to behave in such a place.
After dinner we all had to go back to my place to get the Prom tickets because I left them in my car...stupid, I know. But it was okay, because then we headed to the prom.
Prom was fabulous, the place was AMAZING, the music was, well, it was music, and the last song that they played was a Ben Folds song, that just made my prom so special. Oh and I danced, I never dance...
After prom we headed to the after prom party, which was actually very fun...the turn was much better than last years, there were inflatables(a boxing thing, a jousting thing, and this bungee cord thing). It was fun and they gave away gift packages and money...I got a gift package...Dinner for Two at the Holiday Inn-Lakeview(nice? i dunno) and a $20 gift certificate to a Tanning Salon. Let me tell you, I am a red head and I have pale skin, tanning doesn't work for me. :-\ Oh well. It was a nice thing to win. Meghan won the freakin $400 and I can't believe it. I am so happy for her, but I am also so incredibly envious! Gosh Meghan!
After the After-Prom we went out to Amy's cousins house and for about 2 hours I was like, I'm not gonna drink, I won't have fun...then everyone else started to drink and I couldn't take it. I drank too, please, I know I shouldn't have but whatever, it's my senior prom and I wanted to live it up, and I did. Not too much though, I drank enough to feel it and be like...Allllrrriiigghht, well you know the deal. It was great. We went to bed at around 6:45 this morning and I woke up at 8:00 and I was home by 8:30. I went to bed at 10:00 and woke up this afternoon at 3:30 or 3:45 and now here I am updating. Trying to figure out how to buy songs on iTunes because I don't have a credit card, but I do have these gift card things that are like credit cards, but they aren't working. Whatever, I'm over it. Well! I guess I have filled in on enough. I had so much fun and I am so glad that everything happened the way it did.
