Boredness
Once again, I've changed the layout of my journal. This can only mean that I'm very bored at work. This is mainly because I'm waiting for people to get back to me on supposedly "urgent" matters which clearly aren't actually that urgent. It's amazing just how many things are like that.
I'm currently suffering from May Week withdrawal symptoms, even though it's been five years since graduation, which is a very scary thought. Next year I will get myself organised and find some tickets to a ball or event or something. Or just gatecrash some garden parties... I've been missing Cambridge in general quite a lot recently, I think it's something about the sunshine that makes me want to go punting and lounge about by the river. Luckily, my parents will be getting the keys to their new house in about a week's time and it's conveniently located about 10 minutes drive out of Cambridge, so I think a few long weekends may be in order. There will also be a garden party at some point, or at least there will be if I have anything to do with it!
Now I just need to find a way to kill an hour which involves something slightly more exciting than the usual putting-off-things-that-I-really-should-be-doing. Answers on a postcard...
