OMG it's, like, an update.
I don't know why I've decided to update this at a time when absolutely nothing is happening in my life. Maybe because I now actually have the time to update...
Anyway, absolutely nothing has been happening because I've been ill (and indeed still am ill) with some bizarre sinus-related thing. I have no idea what it is, but I'm hoping that my third hospital appointment on Thursday will shed some light on the matter. All I know is that it's irritating as hell, and I can't really do anything without being in rather large amounts of pain. I'm probably single-handedly keeping the painkiller industry in business.
Oddly, despite feeling like crap most of the time, I'm actually rather happy. Seeing as I'm currently not working, I'm spending my days reading, writing, playing the piano and watching amusing TV and DVDs. I don't want to get all spiritual and "everything happens for a reason", but maybe the Universe is giving me a kick up the arse and telling me to take care of myself!
Finally... I can't help thinking that it's a bit worrying that, thanks to Doctor Who, I now think that whenever David Tennant talks he's actually putting on a Scottish accent. Yes, I need to get out more.
