Back when c575 was single and made near-daily food posts, I remember always being amazed at some the stuff he'd make just for himself. It was awesome and that's what I've been going for.
Tonight we eat like kings, with our food out-classed only by the glorious plastic dishware upon which it rests!
Artichoke with some sauce I made up (butter, garlic, lemon juice, parmesan, spicy brown mustard, and some mayo--doesn't that make it an aioli?), Serrano ham, mozzarella, kalamata olives, fancy crackers, roasted almonds, beer.
