BMDL12th Night
I had a lovely time at 12th Night yesterday. There was A LOT of FOOD! And it was all really good. Lots of fun things to do. The timing was a bit off than what was planned, but not so off that we didn't fit everything in. Certainly nothing unusual for an SCA event. Both performances were good, I think. My favorite highlights:
- Writing the wording for Ben's Huntsman scroll, and the laugh it got in Court
- seeing friends and hanging out
- our choir performance, despite horrid acoustics
- seeing Alessandra get her Pelican, and other friends get awards
- Seeing all the male members of I Genesii get the crap kicked out of them (nice!)
- dancing with Ben at the ball. This is my favorite highlight. I haven't done it in years, and it felt GOOD!
