(no subject)
So didn't go to soccer practice today. Woke up kind of late, mom didn't wanna take me, that sort of thing. Coach probably dislikes me even more now. Ha
Something I did get to do today though was shopping with the family for food for Christmas Eve. Nice normal families eat something like.. ham for Christmas. Yea... Not Us! My family eats seafood, and not just normal seafood either like fish or even shrimp. They eat octopus, and squid, and weird things that still have eyeballs.
The first little chinese market we went to was incredibly nasty. It was like in it's own Phoenix version of Chinatown... it had the market.. the buffet.. the video rental place.. everything. Inside was seriously like a clip off Fear Factor. There were entire dead fish just like, lying there... blocks of blood?... chicken feet... pig snouts... cow stomach.. pig uterus?...Just really nasty stuff! Finally Gobby and I convinced my Aunts the place was disgusting.. and we left. Only to go to another lovely Chinese Market!
The second one was way nicer though, but once again in it's own little Chinatown! After Nonna started buy Pig Skin... Gabriella and I started getting really grossed out.. so we kidnapped Arianne and went walking around. We went into this little wedding gown store and pretended Gub was engaged and looking for a dress, yea we're pretty cool. It was really funny though. Then we walked around.. took a lot of pictures. We discovered this random elevator.. so decicded to take it and see where it went to. We got off and it was like never ending hallways of weirdness.. we'd walk like 10 feet one way, hear someone coming.. and then run the other way. It was actually pretty hilarious, and we got some funny pictures of it.
Soon our time to leave came.. so after lying down in the giant rock Ying-Yang and taking pictures in it.. we packed into our cars and left.
My fridge is now full of random animal body parts, and its pretty disgusting. haha
