Hikaru No Go Fic: Desynchronization (WIP) Sai, Ogata

Hello! This is my first HnG fanfic, although I'm not new to fandom in general. (Although I heard there's this sekrit cabal of writers or something... do I have to pay a fee to join? Lol.) Mostly, I write for CLAMP's Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles. Here's my story index: yay fanfic.
Anyway, I just got introduced to HnG this year when my roommate cienna dragged me into it, much like Touya dragged Shindou into the world of pros, except not as exciting and without as much crying. I enjoyed the anime so I quickly devoured the manga as well. However, after finishing the series, I had this plot bunny start chewing on my brain and it just wouldn't die. Now, spurred on by ai_ling , I shall unleash the bunny upon you poor souls.
Brief summary: Two years after Sai's disappearance, Sai turns up in Ichigaya, amnesiac, wet, and and very much alive. Ogata finds him.
