Found that my paternal grandmother's house is for sale. The price has kept being reduced til its now cheaper than when it sold in 1998. http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1346-Earl-Ave-Louisville-KY-40215/73610303_zpid/ - the dark attic where we as kids sat & read old comics has now been changed to master bedroom with skylight.
Just looking at various house, found one I really liked most of the inside but dislike the location(busy street) & outside of the building. Hope by the time I am seriously looking for a house can find something that appeals as much as some of the inside of http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/4615-S-3rd-St-Louisville-KY-40214/73436910_zpid/ does. I expected to like some of the Old Louisville houses more, but most that had pictures online just didn't have as much character inside except one I would have to win the lottery to ever be able to consider - http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1366-S-3rd-St-Louisville-KY-40208/73606571_zpid/
