Uchiyama Masato is the second half of the Toku pair known as the "hopper brothers". He barely ever updates his blog, and when he can, tends to update through hidenoris...
I'm very very happy to see that he posted today, and is alive and well.

Earthquake hit the road yesterday, too.
Someone managed to come home transportation is completely paralyzed.
