when I signed up, I wrote my name as
first name: first and middle name
surname: surname.
because my name order is First Middle Surname
that is correct =w=

then, paypal listed my name as Surname First Middle. >:( probably because most Singaporeans' names are surname before given name.
this means I can't withdraw my moolah to my bank account coz my bank acc name is First Middle Surname.
so I asked paypal to switch my name order.
they asked me to upload a photo IC, so I uploaded a picture my student pass.
then they tell me
"The student card provided cannot be accepted as a valid type of
photo ID.

A copy of a valid photo Identity Card shows your new name. Acceptable
forms of a photo Identity Card are a driver's license, passport, or any
other state or government issued photo Identity Card."

WRYYYY SO TROUBLESOMEEE. I JUST WANT TO CHANGE THE ORDER OF THE FIRST NAME/SURNAME, I'M NOT CHANGING MY LEGAL NAME D:< and technically the student pass is a "government issued photo Identity Card." which can be used in lieu of an IC >:I
My IC is somewhere in my mom's drawer. >:I so troublesome.
