More or less. The police so far seem reluctant to answer all my questions, and I've yet to hear any more on this "malice" affecting the people.

Sorry to say I didn't get his name either, but this guy was pretty good about answering questions.

I'm pretty sure the 'malice' is a supernatural effect. Couldn't tell you more than that, though.
