Summary: Two longer stories and a bunch of really short ones. 1st long story: England has just getting baby America settled in since he's just agreed to be England's little brother and he worries about how he can make America happy. 2nd long story: The fairies turn England into a baby temporarily because they notice how England is always doing nothing but work when he comes to visit kid America and they want to give them some quality time together.
