Day 2
Well it's Day 2 waiting for the DSL to be turned on. The boyfriend is the one who insists on dealing with customer relations. He insists yelling at them and degrading is the best way to deal with them. But whatever. I'm just a moron. I don't know crap. He also wonders why they put him on wild goose chases trying to figure out why it isn't working, maybe it's because he's not being very nice. My method is quite simple. Ask for their superior. And explain to them if that I'm such a valued customer why is this taking two days when we were told we would have it by 5 pm yesterday at the latest. And that I don't appreciate lying to me about times. And that if I knew they were going to be like this I would have taken my business elsewhere. (music change: Evanescence - Going Under) This has been hell. My boyfriend insists he knows how to deal with them, but all he gets is frustration, and annoyed. Whatever. Maybe someday he'll learn.
