(no subject)
Hey.
I was on a trip to DC yesterday so...uhh...didn't get home 'til late. No school today! Yessss!
Yesterday was really fun. We went to the White House (aka the Purple house. Don't ask). AND WE ACTUALLY SAW THE PRESIDENT YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!! He drove by use when we were walking to the WH. Weird. I felt like throwing my water bottle at him, but then the police could have taken that as a threat.
But we then the groups got separated and I was separated from my group for the longest time. Then me and some other people, we had to WALK from the WH to the Capitol. Talk about blisters on my feet, they still fricken hurt.
We waited in front of the Capitol for like...half an hour before the rest of the people came and then had lunch. In front of the Capitol! We were supposed to have tours inside, but we...uhh..kind missed them -sheepish grin- It was the teachers' fault!
Then my group went to the Union Station and THERE WAS A HAAGEN DAZ!! Yes! We don't have one where I live. We don't have ANYTHING we I live! So me and my friend Cameron had ice cream, my other friend Jaz had chinese food, Mary Grace had a burger and uhh...Lexie and Carson didn't have anything. There was bookstore there too, so we all got some manga :)
Trip was awesome! There was more, but I don't feel like saying anymore.
Oooh! The Swamp is gonna be on tonight! I can't wait for Avatar tonight!
