Last night was fun. Today kinda sucks.
Last night was the Catholic Studies dance, and while I'm completely aware how creepily religious and loserish it seems (also, dancing is a sin), the Catholic Studies dances are pretty much the greatest things ever because we get to dress up and dance to AWESOME music and watch break dance fights.
YES. A real break dance fight. It was pretty awesome.
Anyway, so I had SUPER fun last night, and then I went to bed and slept for what was way too short of a time because at 8:30 I had choir rehearsal. BALFASDGH. Worst. Ever. Standing for two-and-a-half hours is not my cup of tea, especially when people are all raising their hands and being all, "Yeah, so, here's this really picky thing I think we need to fix right now instead of on Tuesday when we will all be sitting and not squished onto these risers."
Blegh. I did get to go back to my room and sleep for another hour-and-a-half, but after that it was off to a voice lesson, grabbing some dinner, and then for the last two hours I've been at the library getting all my research printed off for those two research papers I have due in five days.
The stack of copies and print-offs I have is literally about an inch-and-a-half thick. I would buckle down and read it right now... but... well, Julia just called and she's going to be here in fifteen minutes. And I'm not just going to blow her off, considering it's JULIA, and I haven't seen her since New Year's Eve. Which is a travesty.
I am never getting these papers done.
