I'm always extremely awful about updating when I've been gone for a long period of time. Alas. ANYWAY.
Saturday night, as I forgot to mention, we all went to David's after POTC, ate all his food and blew up all his fireworks. We also hid in the corn from Casie, who spent the remainder of the night being chased by little children. Haha.
Sunday I went to see Pirates AGAIN, because Dora hadn't been able to get in before it was sold out and forced me to go with her. Except I wasn't really forced because I wanted to see it again anwyays. In other news, Norrington is really fucking hot. And the movie, by the way, was still awesome. And I heart Dora. There is no one cooler than Dora.
Monday... um... actually, not much that I could count as eventful. Work. Yeah. Though work lately has consisted mostly of listening to my boss sit and talk about stuff. Not that I'm complaining. I get paid for it!
We went up to St. Ben's today to celebrate my aunt Janelle's Silver Jubilee. Silver Jubilee meaning she's been a nun for 25 years, which you have to admit is pretty cool. Since us nieces and nephews were too lowly to warrant an invitation to the dinner, Jim, Nathan and I spent the time between the mass and the reception eating at some fish place and then heading over to Best Buy, where I finally got to use my gift certificates. I bought the Wicked sountrack (FINALLY), the new The Hush Sound CD (too bad I still don't have the first...) and the unrated version of Anchorman, because it owns my soul. And because it was $9.99. And I had a gift card. I got me some headphones too, because the previous ones just didn't fit in my ear and it was annoying.
I was smart and brought my laptop along (to show the Boston/New York pictures to people, was my excuse) and me, my mom and my aunt Nancy sat in the back and watched Breakfast at Tiffany's. And it was good.
I also managed to somehow develop pink-eye this afternoon. Shitfuck.
