Day Number 1
Bwah. In case I forgot to mention it to anyone, I am currently in Solana Beach, California, which is about 30 miles north of San Diego if you take I5. Got here yesterday, but it was a bit too late to do anything, so today is the first day of the Kitsune Report.
I woke up today around 10:45am PST, my body still being used to waking up at 12:00 noon CST, so that wasn't much of a difference. I woke up with this nasty ass headache though, something that always seems to happen on the first day of my vacations. Happened on the first day I arrived at Yaoi con, also happened on my first day in Georgia, as well as my first day in Kansas. Good thing bro, the pill gulper, had some mega strong-ass pills that practically wiped my headache away in a matter of minutes. I went back to bed thinking the pills were going to take awhile to kick in though, and I woke up around 2pm PST.
I jumped into the shower, still reeling from the meds, a bit dizzy. After the shower I felt better *_*. So I walk into the room and I get told that my brother is coming home from work and that we were going into San Diego to go shopping. So I'm like...score :D
I spent the time waiting for him to get home fiddling with his computer, since he has a 120GB harddrive he wants me to install. But first I have to transfer the 80GB harddrive files onto this new one before I can completely remove the old one. That said, I started rounding up the files and tossing them into one desktop folder. By tonight I should be able to do it.
So bro eventually gets here and we take off. :D We go to this Commisary place in San Diego and they have lots of cool stuff. It was also tax free on everything *_* SO we went into this store that was like a Dillard's, only cheaper, but with the same clothing lines and colognes and stuff. I went into the Electronics dept. and browsed the CDs. Found Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation cd for a mere 7.99 *_* and no tax either. So bought that and we left the store a bit after. Next we went grocery shopping. They had POCKY :D Pocky pocky pocky! I was so happy I threw in about six boxes of it. After the shopping we came back home since it was getting late. So we're finally home and I'm enjoying dinner here while typing up this journal entry.
I'm also working on a new fanfiction, on paper ^^;; Yay. Its about Niko Reed, one of my favorite original characters. Some of you may know who he is, some of you may not. I hope I get to finish this thing with good results before school fully starts. That way I can keep myself distracted *and away from the computer* for reasons I will not discuss here.
That said, if anyone wishes to contact me offline, a fellow Yue Chan knows my address, and a fellow Clow knows my phone number. And my email is on file on this livejournal, I will be checking it once a week. Sayonara minna~~
