Sonic Stone Cutting?

I have heard of a technique to break down the structure of Granite and Sandstone using an Ultrasonic Frequency. If anyone has information regarding this it would be very appreciated.

I'm doing the PLC programming. I believe he needs someone to help design and wire the panel. Once it's all done we'll have some grunts to assembly line them.

A Beckhoff CX9000 with about a bajillion modules attached (I think like 72 or something ridonkulous, some of them large high-density input modules, and arrays of diagnostic modules). It's a lot of fun.

high density input?
is that like high speed input?

Nope. They squeeze like 64 inputs onto the same module.

ohhh so you use the computer style 64 conductor cables to it?

I'm not sure what you mean, they're just like tiny jumper cables.

Anyway, if you're at all interested tell me so I can give him your number.

so you have a schematic drawn up and he wants me to put the panel all together?
or he wants me to draw up a schematic and help with theinitial panel?

I don't actually know, probably the former.

can you find out what all he needs done
because if its writing a schematic i could do it from here
if its putting together a panel and its more than a certain amount of components we need a master electrician

I'd rather he called you than act as your liaision. It's not a binding agreement or anything, he'd just give you a rough idea of what he needs and you could think it over and get back to him.
