Why is it a bad idea to put a majority ban on abortions but have a gov't supported program to have a tubal diversion progam so the woman cant get pregnant and as soon as she's done whoring she can pay to get it undone
and the only considered abortions being Tubal births and rapes as long as they are reported before bathing
