(no subject)
So, I have a dilemma. My roommate wanted to join the UAB colorguard, and she wanted me to join with her, so I said I would, because I thought I did at the time, but really, I was just feeling nostalgic about my old guard.
Anyway, I went down there the other day to try out, and I made it, of course. But now I don't want to do it anymore, because there's things that I wanted to do next year, make straight A's and rush. I don't think I enough time to study enough to make A's, rush, and attend three practices a week plus games. And plus, some of the girls on it seem trashy and kind of mean. I would also have to move in a week early.
But, my roommate has her heart set on us being on the guard together, I absolutely adore our choreographer, they would give me a 500 dollar scholarship, and it would be such a pain in the ass to try and get out of it.
