that's sweet but it hurts.

spock always seems to have an image of kirk as unbeatable, or lucky, so showing him that image isn't true always garners interesting results in fics.

I know! Spock has this idea in his head that Kirk is a cocky son of a bitch that lived without hardship. I like to prove him wrong ever once and while (does that make me a bad person?).
