Esme scuffed her foot on the pavement and scanned the crowds in Diagon Alley for the fifth time. She was never organised enough to actually arranged to meet people, so she had spent a fair amount of time since the holidays started wandering up and down streets in Wizarding London, hoping to meet someone. However, it seemed that most students actually had more of a life than this as she never seemed to see anyone.
Well, she could damn well have fun on her own! Resolutely, she turned her footsteps towards Honeydukes and set off. Chocolate was always necessary at times like these.
