Astronomy--Week 005
Week Name: 'A Moment's Peace'/Midnight

Mona rushed up the tower, panting slightly. She had gotten so absorbed in her book, she was almost late for class! She got to the top and entered an (much to Mona's relief) empty classroom.
She wrote the assignments on the board, and added at the bottom:
"Note: This Saturday, October 8th, marks the peak of the Draconids, a meteor shower in the constellation Draco. The best time to witness this event is from the hours of 3:00 to 5:00 AM, from the courtyard. Attendance is not mandatory, but it is something to be experienced, and I will be offering 10 extra-credit points to those who take advantage of the good timing. Remember to bundle up and bring your telescopes! Hot cocoa will be served."
She dusted her hands off, sat on a stool, and waited.
