Margie bit into her apple and couldn't help but smile, even while a few drops of juice dribbled out of her mouth. Putting down the apple, she quickly wiped away the drops with the same hand, all the while not tearing her eyes away from the pages in front of her. It was nice to read a book for pure pleasure. Even if she should probably be prepping some more for Astronomy later, she could be allowed some time away from that, right? She hoped so.
That was besides the point though. She was able to enjoy a book, eat a full dinner for once, and people watch when the noise got too loud or something happened. Speaking of which, there were some loud shouting and she looked up, seeing some Gryffindors getting riled up by something, but in a good way since they all were smiling.
She smiled and put down her book, folding a small corner of her page to mark it, before watching the excitement with interest.
