Chen moved a tiny bit closer to the mirror, adjusting the angle of his chin slightly. He blinked a few times before opening his eyelid wide again, carefully applying his mascara. He was particularly fond of the type he had. 'Twas a fine gift from his mother indeed! He examined the lashes before finally feeling satisfied, moving to the other eye.
He felt a little bit awkward doing such a thing in the men's water closet. He tried to pick times when there weren't many people in the bathroom, for he usually ended up getting picked on by most boys who went in there. But early in the morning, he was generally saved from this type of ridicule.
Chen blinked his eyes again before checking the eyeshadow and eyeliner. Indeed, he'd done his makeup fine.
Damn the first person to make him cry.
