Unsanitary? Ha. Adriana was sure that there were codes of conduct concerning cleanliness in Hogwarts. Dumbledore was a ruddy old fool but surely still possessed the ability to manage the school properly. The creatures were so particular and perfect in keeping things spotless, so clearly they would just as able to keep themselves sanitary in the process.

Gotten over what happened between him and Dorian? Merlin, who gives a bloody crap? Dorian. Everything somehow came back to Dorian. Adriana was rather tired of it now. She hadn't seen sodding Mr. Grace in quite a long time, and the sodding ponce could take his bitter arse and continue acting like said sodding ponce for all she particularly cared at this point. Best snog buddy, no doubt, but even a brilliant snog wasn't worth that much fighting to Adriana. If he couldn't stop being so annoyingly stubborn and just see how amazing she was, it was his loss.

"I see your nose is better. It was almost a pity to bruise that nice little face of yours," she commented, pursing her lips as her eyes scanned over Jaser's nose, where she had hit him a few weeks earlier. "..Almost." Adriana grinned, side-stepping past him as if to walk away, but stopping after a few steps.

"Why.. is that a proposition?" she countered, swinging her arm idly, turning back around to face him with an eyebrow raised.

Dorian's loss, Jaser's gain. He would have been disheartened to know that he was not her best but then again he still had the better of Dorian at being her first kiss. Not that the welp would have really put a thought to it. It did not matter anyway. It was long past and Adriana had grown up, obviously, just as he had. They had grown apart but they did have a friendship between them, if you could even call it that.

Yes. His bruise had been faiding. The bruise that she laid on him after she had found out that he was the reason that Dorian was nearly sent to the Hospital Wing. He felt his nose a bit. It did not hurt anymore, thankfully, because how would that look? "Is that regret I hear?"

She might have turned around, but he did not. He kept his stare at the floor, "Adriana, I'm flattered that you would want me to propose so to you, but honestly I would rather wait for a while."

No, Jaser wasn't her best snog buddy anymore, but if it made his ego feel any better - he used to be. Before she met Mr. Grace. Really, though, Jaser needn't feel all that bad; Dorian was quite a bit older and therefore more experienced than him, it wasn't as though he was just some other student in Hogwarts.

Adriana stifled laughter at Jaser's words, quite amused with the remote idea that she had regret for punching him. "I'm afraid not, Mr. Cross," she sighed in reply, tilting her head forward and sending him a mock look of sadness. "It was a violent and painful act on my part... and I loved every bit of it."

Eyebrow cocking even further, Adriana stared at Jaser's back for a second or two. Ha, marriage. What a quaint idea. "I aim to please," she drawled, taking a step closer and thus right behind his left shoulder. Cue smirk. "Now, unless there's a reason you were looking for me, I'll have to postpone this little engagement. Important Prefect business and all of that."

He better not have been just some other student at Hogwarts. There was no way that Jaser would let himself be forgotten by Adriana. In a good or bad way, at whatever the cost, one way or another, he would make sure he would be stuck in her memory forever.

"Surely that was something to be expected to be on the list of what Adriana Winters loves to do," he rolled his eyes before looking over his shoulder at her. He was probably pushing her for another punch.

Jaser slowly spun his entire body around to face her and stepped into her closely. He measured up to her and then some, in which case he had to lean down towards her if he wanted to get any closer. "I think this infestation should be taken care of."

Jaser could be fairly sure he wouldn't be forgotten quite that easily. The two had a very tumultuous relationship for as long as they knew each other, and it was very doubtful that that would ever change. For the good or for the bad.

She simply flashed a grin at his words, quite amused, looking at him as though he just awarded her some trophy. Nah, he wouldn't get a punch for a comment like that. Not one that was completely true.

"Infestation?" she repeated in question, brows furrowing quizzically up at him and practically cringing at the choice of words. Naturally, the house elves didn't come to mind as they really hadn't become much of a bother to her. "Really, Jaser, you're not the first person to want rid of the mudbloods, but I don't think you'll be the one to succeed."

He had no fear about that. Even after they would graduate, and probably spend some time apart, he figured he would find her in a moment of desperate wanting then he would be there to fill her need. Or just to shake it up for old times sake. Whatever the reason, the two of them would not change, especially the relationship they had between each other.

Jaser started to move into her to make her turn towards the wall then started to push her back towards it.

The boy Slytherin shook his head, "No not the sodding mudbloods. I want something to be done about the flooding of house elves into the castle. They should be put somewhere else." He honestly thought they should be home because there was really no difference between there and here, except they had their real masters to control them. Here they were just running amuck and out of place.

Find her in a moment of desperate want? Now, now, Adriana would justly disagree in that she would ever be desperate. She simply did not, thank you very much; she got what she wanted and was quite capable of always having a snog partner.

Adriana continued to watch Jaser with mild amusement, narrowing her eyes and staying exactly where she was. A hand went up against his chest, then, in retaliation to him all of a sudden start pushing her back to the wall. Damn bugger was stronger than her, obviously, but she'd get her point across one way or another.

"Do I look like a bloody Headmaster?" she said in a low voice and a very annoyed furrow of her eyebrows. They were annoying little buggers, sure, but Adriana had yet to be overly bothered by them. Perhaps they were just scared of her. "What exactly do you expect me to do about it?"

Desperate was perhaps too strong of an emotional state to mention for Adriana to be in. She did not seem the kind of woman to put herself in a situation like that anyway. One way or another, desperate or not, when they would meet each other again once more, he would be able to call Adriana his own again for a time, however long that would be.

Almost pressed to her, which was a rather familiar position to be with her in when they were up against a wall like that, Jaser remained towering over her. She could be more dominant, true, but he could always show her up in strength and height.

Though she probably would never want to or look like one, Adriana did have the power to become a headmistress someday. A strict one. Or some type of leader, though she already was leading FUKD. Very nicely in fact. Better than Wesley bloody Broderick had ever done. That was for certain.

"Kick them out. You have enough power here to get noticed here. Make a complaint."

At least Jaser had the sense enough to know Adriana well enough not to mistake her for becoming some desperate bint. It was probable the two would meet up in the future, though. Especially if Jaser expected to follow the path of his parents with taking the dark mark.

A Headmistress of Hogwarts? Merlin, there was a scary, scary thought. For the school, that is. Besides the fact that Adriana would never care for watching bloody students all day, the position of power wouldn't be too shabby, at all.

Keeping a hand up against his upper chest incase he decided to move any closer, Adriana narrowed her gaze on Jaser, not at all about to retreat simply because he happened to be taller than her. Strength didn't scare her. She could bring Mr. Grace to his knees, thank you very much.

...And no, not in that way.

"I'm flattered you think so highly of me, Jaser," she said in an amused undertone, a smirk now on her lips. "However, I seriously doubt running to McGonagall with the threat that I lead FUKD will make much difference in her choice of allowing the creatures in the castle. Prefect or not."

Brows furrowing, Adriana got a more thoughtful expression on her face. "Just why are you so determined to be rid of them?" she questioned slowly, eyebrow quirking in pure curiousity, a devilish grin spreading across her lips. Snatching the opportunity to wind him up, Adriana started dragging her fingers down Jaser's shirt slowly, intrigue on her voice. "Don't tell me you're frightened of the large-nosed, three-foot tall creatures?"

No offense to either Adriana nor Dorian, maybe a little to Dorian, but Jaser was not the same age as the welp that Merlin would be now if he was still kicking. He was also not one to simply bend over. His manners might indeed make him be used into doing one's will but only because he allowed himself into being so.

He was somewhat delighted that he pleased her, which he did not seem to do a lot of recently. It was a nice change. Not that it was much but at least got a little out of her. "Come now Adriana," he said softly as he smirked lightly himself, "surely you can be more.. persuasive. Don't be so modest."

Jaser had to roll his eyes. Afraid? Of house elves? Please. They were his servants, not his colleagues. That was why he was so bold to take action against them. As they stood together, he could not but think of a snide remark to follow her question.

"Honestly Adriana, if I were, do you think I would be standing here with you?"

Pfft, it had nothing to do with age. Adriana could simply get to any guy she wanted, no matter how tall or strong in physical power they were. Oh, Mr. Grace was more than capable of overpowering her, and yet she knew how to take all the control away. It wasn't Dorian's fault; she was just that good. Ah, it was fantastic to be a female sometimes.

She didn't bother to hold back the scoff of laughter at Jaser's comment, cocking her head to the side and giving him a knowing, pointed look. No, her, persuasive? Who would have thought! "I prefer manipulative."

Listening to him, she had to resist an eye-roll of her own. "Apparently not," she said in agreement, pursing her lips and looking downwards with a sigh, hand reaching his belt and stopping it there. Gaze flickering back up to meet Jaser's, she stepped in as close as possible against him, leaning up to whisper next to his ear. "Pity, as you need to learn that you definitely should be scared of me."

Making sure he could feel her breath across his neck, Adriana then pulled back with a light smile, dropping her hand. Sliding from the wall, she brushed past him and continued her way down the corridor.

And yes, she got the pathetic height reference in his remark.

Manipulative. Indeed. Both of them knew very well the fine points of getting exactly what they wanted. When it was between each other however, it was somewhat of a battle, because both could be extremely controlling. For the sake of kindness (if you would call it that), time and humanity, he would just let her have her way with him. It always did seem to benefit him anyway so why try and disrupt the order of that?

The sudden and quick movement about his waist line, on his belt, did rather suprise him. He had not been expecting that. Adriana had always been that way. Unpredictable. It was probably one of the qualities that she possessed to cause him to slightly fancy her in a way. Yet the only thing he could think of at this instance was "So quickly to the belt, already, Adriana? Perhaps Dorian Grace has done a number on you."

Her words crept into his ear as she whispered and her breath tickled his spine as she leaned up. He was not chilled by it. Jaser was not intimidated by her exhails either, as she was to his height or strength. Still he did not think her inferior. On the contrary, she was one of the few he considered to be his likeness.

The question really was, if that was a good or bad thing?

As she slipped away, his body turned in a similar direction to follow her but his feet did not pick up to move after her, because his mouth had already opened to say something. "Really? Care to give me a demonstration?" Jaser raised his eyebrow. He knew he would tempt her in someway shape or form. It was a dangerous game to be played with Adriana Winters, and he just rolled his dice.

The element of surprise - something she had perfected and was most pleased with. Unpredictability was the spice of life, really, and Adriana took every chance to snatch up an opportunity for sudden surprises.

Ha! How she would have loved to hear Jaser's thought process while her hand was at his belt. Oh, yes, it all had to do with Dorian. Evil, evil, man, he was. Tainting her with all that shagging in broom closets. Most amusing would be the irony in that she was probably the one doing the number on him.

Oh, the dice were thrown and the game was on, indeed. And seemingly... that made it her turn now.

She wasn't moving very fast, not keen on 'running away' or anything of the sort. She simply didn't care for Jaser's antics, and she also knew he wouldn't leave well enough alone and actually stay quiet. "Merlin, two propositions in the span of ten minutes!" she remarked in pure amusement, spinning around and holding her arms out on either side of her as if she was truly amazed. Smirking, she cocked her head to the side and lowered her voice to a very sarcastic one. "Are you just that desperate.. or am I just that lucky?"

Jaser shared this pride of Adriana's. When he was pulling a prank or something, which he had not really done much of as of late, he found it most enjoyable when he caught someone off guard. Their expressions were priceless.

Whether that was true or not, she certainly knew how to get a boy's attention. Jaser was never one not to give Adriana it fully but her doing that just made him that much more attentive to what she wanted.

He stepped towards her slowly in his strides, not there was much space between them anyway, before he stopped half way towards her. "Or are you just that easy?" Jaser smirked right back at her. He knew she wasn't easy. She was far from it. Then again she was rumored to be shagging Father Time, so who knew what to think?

Using that element of surprise was a wonderful tool in particular when dealing with those who were more powerful in strength. Catching someone off guard was the perfect way to take control over someone you might not usually be able to overpower.

A very bemused chuckle escaped her lips at Jaser's comment, hand going to her hip as she continued looking at him, smirking all the same. Was that the best he could remark with? Jaser, of all people, should know just how stubborn she could be when she wanted, and how much of a tease she was.

"Come on now, Jaser, don't ask questions to which you already know the answer," she replied with a 'tsk' sound, jutting her lower lip out in a very fake pout. Crossing the rest of the way and standing almost toe-to-toe with him, Adriana kept that saddened expression as she lowered her voice down to a murmur. "After all, I'm not shagging you."

Even the small, no pun intended towards Adriana's vertically disproportioned features, still could have more power than another if they knew how to use it right. She certainly did. Jaser was very confident that he did as well, though most of the time he did not need it. His name, Cross, was a dominant element in their world alone so he could get most of what he wanted without resistance. But it was not a perfect world and he would have to charm, or force, his way on something until he got it. Just as Adriana might have had to at least one time or another.

Sadly, his comment was all the punch that he had at that particular moment. There were other things running through his mind at the moment. The house elves, for one, the idea of snogging her socks off, another. Just getting close enough to touch lips with as he had just had been put the thought it into his head. Nothing really more.

As Adriana stepped forward, he kept his eyes on her. Her statement was true and somewhat rather low. Jaser raised an eyebrow and tilted his head, "Be careful what you wish for Adriana. Someday that statement of yours might have you.. on your back." Rather pleased with his reply, he parted his lips slightly in his all too farmilar expression to show a bit of his teeth, as if to laugh.
