Juhi was pacing outside the entrance to the Gryffindor common room, nervously twisting a piece of parchment in between her hands. Her stomach had felt sunk between her toes since she'd read Erik's journal entry earlier in the evening, and he hadn't responded, been in the hospital wing, or at dinner. After picking at her food for a few minutes she'd made her best attempt at bravery and actually gone back to the hospital wing and asked Pomfrey where he was. The news that'd been called to Dumbledore's office and never returned was not reassuring, nor was the owl she'd received half an hour ago, wherein Erik had simply said he'd see her tomorrow.
She glared at the Fat Lady, who seemed more than happy to return the look. Juhi flinched as the woman in the potrait drew a deep breath, no one doubt to yell at her or tell her to bugger off, and the picture abruptly swung open. Shoving aside the shorter person leaving, Juhi scrambled in quickly and was relieved to vaguely notice the room was mostly empty. "Fifth year boy's dorms. Where?" she demanded of the closest person, sounding, for once in her life, like a prefect or person in authority. With a deep breath she bounded up the stairs the student had pointed to and pounded on the door.
"ERIK! YOU'D BLOODY WELL BETTER BE IN THERE!"
