Still grumbling over a disastrous Transfiguration class, Avis stomped along to History of Magic class, that at least cheering her up the slightest bit. Another class period where she'd get her writing done in just under ten minutes and then set her purse up on her desk, only to take a lovely little nap as Binns droned on and on. This always made her a bit cocky, but it really only proved how dorky she was that she relied on just her outside interest in wizarding history.

With a little yawn, she strolled on into the classroom, stopping in the doorway. She looked around panicky for a moment, wondering if perhaps she'd walked into the wrong class. For one, their teacher was. . .er. . .not a ghost. At all.

Well. This was just what Avis needed. Another unreasonable teacher crush, really. And for her favourite subject, also.

Eyes all boggly and wide, she walked slowly to a spot near Erik and sat down as if not trying to make a sound. Really though, she only looked slightly brain-damaged. Good thing the Professor wasn't looking at them, and was instead focused on a thick textbook opened on his desk. Quickly getting out parchment and a quill, Avis set to work, quickly writing about witch burnings by muggles - her favourite topic.

Yep. NOW she had an un-dorky reason to love the class.
