Ever since Kamil had been pulled out of Hogwarts by his parents, Adam's life had been a lot quieter and less eventful. If he was honest, he missed the trouble he used to get in with Kamil. Their broom ride through the halls had been fun, even if it had ended in detention. Now though, he was sitting in an armchair of the Slytherin common room, wishing he had a window to stare out of. As it was, he had settled for watching the fire. He'd never noticed before, how enthralling it was.
